When we receive parcels or freight at our facility the the tracking numbers are listed here. To find your parcel on that page, use [CTRL-F] and enter the last 4 digits of your tracking number.

DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL US TO CONFIRM THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED A PARCEL.

Use the carriers’ websites to track the cargo yourself.

Rather than calling or emailing us, check the carrier tracking and if they show the cargo has been delivered to us, then check our tracking numbers page.

If the carrier tracking shows delivery, but the tracking number is listed on our tracking numbers page then wait a few hours before contacting us via this form. If you contact us before a few hours after delivery, it is likely that your parcel is one of dozens, sitting on a pallet waiting to be scanned and will show up when we finish scanning all parcels on that pallet.
