There are many reasons that shipments are not delivered to our address:
Improperly Addressed: the shipment was not properly addressed by the sender;
Delivery Intercept: the sender requested that the carrier perform a DELIVERY INTERCEPT and stop the delivery of the goods. The primary reason for a DELIVERY INTERCEPT is because the credit card or other payment that they initially accepted was later declined by the payment processor and the shipper wants the goods returned until they receive proper payment;
Unavailable or Business Closed: our office was not open when the driver attempted to deliver. In these cases the driver will return during our regular Monday - Friday hours to complete the delivery.

Only the party that generated the shipping label (the person/business from whom you purchased the goods can remove a DELIVERY INTERCEPT. You must contact that person or business directly. We cannot contact them on your behalf.
