Pro Forma Invoice
Used when their is not a sale or transfer of the property subject to a commercial seller or buyers invoice that details the amount being paid for the goods. The pro forma will identify the goods and suggest or estimate a reasonable value for each category of goods. It is commonly used for personal effects or household goods that are being shipped internationally.
