Fraud Hold Returns

Upon the locating and segregating of the cargo upon which the hold is placed, at it's sole discretion A2 Global Shipping, may request that the party having requested the hold, supply additional documentation regarding their identity and their claim of ownership of the property.   Usually the information submitted via the Fraud Hold online form is enough to substantiate the claim.

If the claim is substantive, A2 Global Shipping will book the return shipment to the address submitted in the claim and invoice the Claimant. The invoice will include the costs of handling and storage of the claimed cargo per the published warehouse tariff, the costs of the return shipping, and insurance and any relevant return tracking numbers.

Parcels are returned via FedEx Ground per the rates listed at www.fedex.com.
Freight shipments are booked with the qualified LTL carrier offering a significant discount for your class of freight on the relevant lane .


Parcel shipments can be paid for by credit card or Paypal.   Freight shipments will require payment by Paypal Business Payment, Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer.

Upon receipt of payment, your claim will be tendered to the daily FedEx Ground driver, or pickup scheduled with the applicable LTL freight carrier.
