Air Lagos Tutorial - Properly Addressing Shipments
Many first time customers fail to correctly address their shipment to our consolidation facility, resulting in the Postal Service, UPS or FedEx simply returning the cargo to the sender. In all of these cases, the sender has failed to address the shipment to Air Lagos or has failed to include "Suite 104" on the address line.
US Postal, FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS), Courier Services and Freight Shipments:
Attn: the name or email address of the final recipient in Nigeria
11895 Wayne Rd, Suite 104

(You must include Suite 104 in the address or the cargo may be returned to the shipper.)
If you have properly addressed your shipment, you should be able to electronically track it into our facility. Tracking Your Shipment

Undelivered Shipments: please review the information at the above link and follow the instructs. All customer service agents are instructed to direct customers to that page and request form, prior to engaging in any specific reply to a customers request regarding an undelivered shipment.
